What is Moteefe’s CSV Print on Demand Fulfillment Service?

Moteefe CSV Fulfillment provides garment Print on Demand production services to independent sellers capturing orders using other platforms. The service utilizes the same supply chain as Moteefe.

Anyone can use this service. You do not need to sign up for a Moteefe account or be a seller on our platform. Products available for this service are currently limited to T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and mugs, but we are working hard to add more products. If you want to print on other items such as cushions, canvas and more, join Moteefe! If you’re already selling on Moteefe, great! But if you are selling items elsewhere and you are considering using a new fulfillment service, read on.

How to fill out the CSV Print on Demand Fulfillment Service order form:

  1. Only Visible Columns are mandatory for CSV upload. 
  2. Keep the file up to 500 rows maximum. 
  3. You can consult Country Codes and Shipping Method Codes in additional sheets of the file templates.

Submitting your artwork

In the email, you must also include your artwork/design. This should be attached in the form of a link to an image file. You can use any cloud service (for example, Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudinary, etc). If this is a private link, please make sure you have adjusted your settings to allow us to gain access to the file. 

The URL image link provided for each row must be a direct link that points to a PNG or JPEG file. Image sharing links will not work with the service.

Note: An easy way to identify a direct link is to look at the end. If it ends in .png or .jpeg, it’s a direct link and will work with the service.

Dropbox image links

Dropbox image links such as the one below may look like direct image links:

But in reality, this link has an authentication layer and is not actually a direct link to an image.

Dropbox image links need to contain the suffix ?raw=1 to be a direct link:

Artwork requirements:

  • File type: PNG (preferred), JPG (minimum of 150 dpi/ppi).
  • Positioning: Specify whether the image is to be placed on the front or back.
  • Area and dimensions: Please refer to the CSV Fulfillment step-by-step guide to see specific dimensions per product. 

2. Confirm your request

After the email has been received, an account manager will review the request and if approved, you will receive a quotation and invoice. Upon receiving the quote and invoice, the seller must confirm the quote by making the payment to the Moteefe Payoneer account ID 34175522. Use your quotation number as the reference. Once received, Moteefe will deliver a receipt and begin processing the order.

3. Sit back and relax!

That’s it! After receiving confirmation from Moteefe, our team will complete the rest.  

  • Once order is confirmed, it will be produced within 1-2 days
  • After three days, you can request a status report. This status report will include a tracking reference that you can share with the customer. 
  • Once the product has been printed, Moteefe will deliver it directly to your customer
