How to Use Cross-Sell on Purchase E-mails?

Now that you have campaigns and stores selling at Moteefe, there are simple yet powerful tools you can use to increase your sales! One of these tools is the E-mail Cross-Sell. Let’s find out how to set it up.

The E-mail Cross-Sell is a feature that displays your best selling products with a discount in the confirmation e-mail your buyers get once they purchase a product on one of your stores or campaigns. These best selling products will use the same design as the purchased item and will complement their purchase with an additional discount you set up in advance. Base costs won’t change and the discount value will be reflected in your profits.

To set up the e-mail go to Your Dashboard. On the top right corner of the page click on Your Dashboard, where you’ll see a list of all your campaigns. 

Then, click on the pencil icon to edit the campaign where you want to add the cross-sell feature.

On the next page, you’ll need to click Save and Continue or make any additional changes you want before moving forward.

Then, when you scroll down, you’ll find the E-mail Cross-Sell option. Using this button you can turn it on and off. Let’s turn on the feature. Then, add the percentage of the discount you want to add, with a maximum of 20% discount. Then scroll up and update your campaign.

Now every time a buyer purchases an item from your campaign, a best selling product will be featured on the confirmation e-mail for them to also purchase with an exclusive discount! The e-mail and highlight looks like this.
Remember, only campaigns or designs in the same collection can be featured in the cross-sell email.
